Unlike a loan, a scholarship does not need to be repaid. It is a gift. The Missouri Patriot Guard Riders Scholarship is being offered to Missouri students who are sons or daughters of those who fall within the following categories: (1) Those who have given their lives in the line of duty, both military and first responders.
